These antibiotic free chicks are fed a starter crumble that is non-GMO and free of corn and soy. They spend their first three weeks in a nurturing temperature controlled brooder before moving to our lush pastures. There, they live in Pasture Tek mobile hoops, which we rotate regularly to enrich the soil and encourage natural foraging, embodying regenerative farming principles. After five weeks of thriving in this vibrant environment, our broilers are processed at Creston Valley Meats, a trusted USDA facility in Paso Robles, CA. The broilers are packaged as whole birds with an average finished weight of approximately 7 lbs, shrink wrapped and immediately frozen to -10 degrees to preserve freshness, ensuring a wholesome, farm-to-table experience that’s as sustainable as it is delicious.
